  • Comment: To manage through service. Sales serves for the clients; production serves for the sales; design serves for the production; and administration serves for all the staff.

    People who cannot be good soldiers can never go into wars.

  • Comment: The supervisor of sales department should not only be a good seller, but also a good trainer or instructor.


    He who’s always asking the reasons for the mistakes instead of the ways to do them right, is not a good manager.

  • Comment: “Asking reason” is to find excuses. A good communication should focus on the ways to solve the problem rather than to restate the problem again.

    Only the people on the lower floor will know that your house is leaking.

  • Comment: Bosses should always walk among the staff members to get to know the problems for management.

    No problem is the biggest problem.

  • Comment: Problems in an enterprise is a matter of big or small, not that of with or without. One of the most important tasks for a boss is to find the problems and solve them in time.
